Having problems? I'm James and hopefully I'll rescue you lol.

Two things before we start - please use Internet Explorer rather than any other internet browser. Secondly, please don't be doing anything else online - no other bingo games, no other internet windows open and nothing downloading.

I need you, please, to go into your Internet and press Tools...then Internet Options. You should see Browsing History in the middle. Click Delete. In the next window, please UNTICK the very top box (should read ‘Preserve Favourites Website Data’). Then I need you to TICK every other box...Please now press Delete.

Wait for this to happen...then I need you to close down your internet browser so you have no internet windows open please.

You should now be staring at your Desktop.

Please open up the internet again and type in www.ohmybingo.com. When you're there, log in at the top right hand corner. You'll now be in your Member Area. Please click the red speech bubble on the right hand side - Play Free Bingo.

The game should load and you should be asked to choose a chat name if you haven't already selected one. You may need to wait up to one minute for the game to load. If this doesn't work, don't leave this screen...please and hold down the CTRL button at the bottom left of your keyboard and whilst it is held down, press the F5 (the function button at the top of the keyboard, not the ‘F’ key and the ‘5’ key) button as well. Release both keys now.

You'll also need Adobe Flash Player to play the game. You should be told on the Free Bingo game screen if you don't have this. If you don't, click the link it tells you to, or just click here and press 'Agree and install' in yellow at the bottom. It's perfectly safe and is used by almost every bingo site out there.
