hey i redeem some 15pounds for jacks live bingo to realise when it went on it went on as unlocked bonus so i had to deposit and wager to gradually unlock it which i didnt mind so much really i went on to win 67pounds but at the time the site kept going funny and people coudnt buy tickets unless you had already prebought luckily i had.
when you won it didnt always give yhou your money it was on the game page but not the main account page even after refreshing. and also some times if you spent a pound it took more when i thought it was fixed i bought a pound worth of strips for it to take10pounds i was like poop so i asked for help and they wer helpfull but that was last night still waiting on the money to go back into my account there was alot of people complaining saying they wernt coming back on they can take money quick enough but not give you it back easy there was alot of newbies and people kept saying it the site cant hack all the newbies it needs to upgrade
I dont knw what it was i dont thnk they did either but i went on today and asked about my money they said it will be in shortly so will giv it a few days i aint gona play for few days though while it playing up it be to much hassle someone it took 60pound off when they got tickets which it outrageous really. its a shame really it is a good site and only netwrked with aa cpl of others i think it be good if they had more than the one online bingo room to like a 75 ball.
