I just received a little parcel through the post from Wink bingo. It was a linen shopping bag and a trolley key ring .... you know the ones .... you don't need a pound coin to get a shopping trolly.
Anyway .... I thought it was very sweet and ... though I don't need any encouragement to go onto Wink coz I am there regularly ... it struck me how some sites get it right and some get it SO SO wrong.
I've recently had dealings with another bingo site (which will remain nameless for now) who's treatment toward me and responses to my concerns were SO condescending it was palpably obvious that it's a site which has nothing but contempt for it's players.
I don't have ANY inclination to hand over my money to sites which seem to think I'm a babbling fool .. I DO hand over money to sites which treat me as though I am important to them and who value my custom :-)
So a big thankyou to Wink Bingo for making me feel a little bit spesh .. and for letting me win and withdraw now and again (That ALWAYS helps).
A lot of sites could learn some lessons in customer care and then maybe ... just MAYBE ... they'd see an increase in their membership ;-)
