Bingo News

Hi guys, just to make things clear, this isn't a complaint against Tasty Bingo because I do like the site, enjoy the games, chatrooms and jackpots, I just want to bring to everyone's attention something that happened to me recently with this site.
I made my first deposit the other day, got my £10 joining bonus and chose an extra £10 bonus instead of a box of chocolates or a bottle of wine. With the new player bonus, I did quite well, managed to win myself some money with only having to deposit another £5. So I decided to quit while I was ahead and withdraw my bingo money.
Now something that I wasn't aware of and isn't blatantly advertised on the site is the fact that you need to have deposited at least £20 before you can make a withdrawal, which has really upset me. This information only seems to be shown in the faq page, and I'm quite sure that other people have probably made the same mistake as me here and gone to withdraw, only to be told that they can't have their money until they have put the extra money in.
But, this morning I had an e-mail through about the transaction saying that it had been submitted for processing, which is confusing as Tasty Bingo e-mailed me yesterday to say that I couldn't have the money until I made another deposit (I replied and advised them that they need to make certain information readily available and maybe put it on the cashier page for someone's first withdrawal). So, what I think I'll do is wait and keep an eye on my bank account and see what happens with the money. Confusing or what?

Bonbon29th Apr 2010 | That is confusing Emily. Maybe they let your transaction go through as a gesture of good will or something. Hope it goes OK and thanks for letting us know. I didn't notice anything about this on their site xx |
| jollyredgiant 29th Apr 2010 | That's the same as Wink Bingo, it can be confusing coz it's a cashcade site but not all the sites have the same rules. |
bobbylove29th Apr 2010 | I didn't get that far on Tasty but it's not unheard of for some sites to require you play through £20.00 before you withdraw. Disappointing for you :-( |
| lizzielou 29th Apr 2010 | its the same with all the sites hun i had the same at wink bingo x but may i add that i joined tASTY AND GOT TEN FREE BUT DIDNT REALISE U COULD GET ANOTHER 10 ON TOP OR A TREAT LOL X HOW DO I DO THIS PLZZ |
SweetyEm198429th Apr 2010 | it should say on their main page, choose a gift or something ... I excluded my account for a week as I have a habit of putting my winnings back on and wasting them ... I noticed it was the same format as Foxy, Costa etc and just assumed that would be able to withdraw straight away, ah well, at least we all know for future reference, and I can deposit £5 and then get my £30 back lol |
luckyday29th Apr 2010 | I agree these sites need to make their withdrawal terms clear to avoid any confusion. |
anigma1029th Apr 2010 | Same as |

| mumov2girls 1st May 2010 | thanx for the info hun x |
| trina 3rd May 2010 | Yeah hey i agree with you but it does say you have to wager a certain amount in the faqs and help pages just to let you know at the end of the day it doesn't matter what site you go on allways check the faqs and help pages allways or yes you could well be dissapointed i allways check the faqs and help pages. so i dont get a surprise like as you've stated above. ive never had any probs with the site they do say however that you have to win over 30 pound to withdraw but i actually won 200 pound on my second day and it went into my account within 2 days was able to withdraw from my account after a week had no probs or hitcghes with this site what so ever and the hosts are excellant on there :) |
| kellykeegan 3rd May 2010 | ive been caught out so many times on a few sites they do need to make things more clear because it gets very frustrating when you win and cant have it xxx |
