A good online bingo review gone sour at Bingo Hollywood (23/05/2010)
can sumone please tell me where im going wrong, i've ada problem with bingo hollywood and ive just had an email off them to say im not welcome in there rooms!
im not getting the jist of this ive deposited and played fair and square and ive never been blocked from rooms as im a friendly and out going person can you please help oh my bingo becuase im getting very confused and very upset about this!
i even made a good review about this site and if id known this was going to happen i would never have joined the site and deposited! crike if id done something wrong then i could understand but i have not and to be honest this makes me feel like a thief! ive never been in trouble with anyone so help me please because i feel as if ive stolen something its an online bingo site and we all play and have fun im totally disappointed now so i may as well give up! and whats so funny is ive never been blocked from a bingo site in all the time ive played so your help would be more than appreciated regards deborah x

Maybe they've gotten you mixed up with someone else? Are there more peeps in your house who've got an account there? It all sounds very strange :-o |

| Jason 23rd May 2010 | I'm sure you've done nothing wrong Deborah, I too had an issue with this site whereby they directly accused me of trying to cheat the system because I and my partner both opened an acct through the same i.p address. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and I have subsequently closed both accounts, sites like this don't deserve our money! |
| debbiebear 24th May 2010 | i have emailed them and ad replies but they dont give a proper explanation and ive got accounts wiv costa and the others ive had those accounts for about2 years and ive never had any problems with any of them so why this has happened i do not no why! i only had one account with bingo hollywood so how they say im cheating the system i do not no so again im waiting for another response from them i will keep in touch and let you all no wat happens and now im dealing with bingo security who hollywood told me to get in touch with and there customer service is worse! |

| debbiebear 25th May 2010 | well ive now waited 48 hours and still av not had a reply from bingo security i think this is horrifying in there email it said i was not welcome on any of there sites even thou i can log in and play with bonus money! in fact my oh my bingo points were deposited at costa so wats going on with them i dont no and im wanting to deposit on my other accounts (which ive never had a problem with) but they say my deposit will be forfeited but do they just mean bingo hollywood or wat! im very angry and upset because i do not no what ive done wrong and if they had had a problem with me or my account when i registered why did they let me deposit over £50 and no i didnt wivdraw out of the site and it was my only account with holywood my partner does not play ! cant wait for there response but they better hurry up x |

Have you been able to speak to a REAL person on the telephone to try and sort it out.Sometimes these companies seem to dole out emails that are just standard replies and they don't get to the root of the problem until you actually speak to someone. Hope you can sort it |
| debbiebear 26th May 2010 | ive kept all the emails ruth hun and no julia not tried to phone them as another oh my member stated u cannot get hold of them! well ive still not had an email from bingo security so guess wat im going to deposit on my old sites and c wat happens if i can receive bonus points then why should the money side of it be different! one things for sure 'bingo hollywood i cant get into anyway 'and wouldnot deposit on that site again even if they do send me an email to explain, which i doubt very much folks! so beware of this site everyone and from the other comments i doubt if you would anyway! ill keep you posted on my story because i will be emailing them again soon because i dont just want an apology but i want explanations for there actions towards me, perhaps they are trying to make an example of me? will keep you all posted and thanks for your support deborah x |

| debbiebear 30th May 2010 | well ive deposited on two new sites under the same cassavana enterprizes or who ever they are? both sites let me deposit and i only won a line on each one so im wondering if when they said my deposit would be forfeited they meant i could play and not win! i did max cards kepy getting down to one number even wen only 16 were playing and the same name winners came up all the time so i aint depositing on anymore of there sites! how ever i have found the site zoom bingo very good the help support is brilliant because i had a problem with my password they were very helpful and even gave me a bonus becuase of the problems i was having! i have won on this site and have not deposited yet but i will be shortly! so zoom bingos defo the site for me and guess wat it aint all the same people winning all the time! regards deborah |
