Really annoyed that was sent an email from moonbingo asking me to complete survey for 5.00 which i did. When money was not credited to associated account started emailing moon promotions and support etc through website and was told to wait for reply from promotons. Then just by chance requested password from moonbingo to check i had given right username and lo and behold got an email from support at MOON but with all POLOBINGO logo etc and giving me user details of POLOBINGO who i had not signed up with. Naturally, out of curiousity I tried my MOONBINGO details on POLO and naturally as I had not signed up with them did not work - but how did they get my details? More insutling was that MOONBINGO have still not repliedback to my numerous emails requesting credit for submitted survey.
Some time ago I was sent an email from MOON BINGO and was told that they have changed name and revamped to NEWMOONBINGO and that after another deposit would receive a really good depost bonus. And of course, I deposited and didnt receive any bonus. When I complained to support I was told that I was supposed to deposit with MOONBINGO.COM OR CO.UK AND NOT MOONBINGO.NET who sent me the email and that my username could not be found. I used the link from that email to deposit and was told to use the same details but then after depositing was told that bonus was olnly valid at NEWMOONBINGO. I am feeling extremely misled at the moment and wonder if anybody else has had the same problems.
There is defintely a software or more than that problem to new players - you are playing the same site but using two bingo sites like before.
If we players dont tell our findings then we are going to be paying out on the same site.
I know this site depends on the big sites to fund them but if not shown will set up my own blog coz had enough of these sites taking advantage of us. I know we are fools gambling but enough is enough.

I had to get it translated to see what it said lol It said that if I sent them a picture and a few words about my win they would give me a "special surprise" in my account. That was about 3 months ago and I still haven't had my "special surprise" :( I live in hope lol x x |
