i couldn't believe it last night me and my hubby to be were sitting watching the t.v last night and out of no where he give me £20 and sed to get a ukash for bingo so over joyed i went and purchased one and got comfortable to have a play. i choose bingohollywood, so with a whopping £20 i got £60 on top to play with when i have a new sign up i always use my cash to play the reels and keep my bonus for the bingo, after a chopping and changing reels i was going up and up fab i eventually got my self up to £70 in cash....brilliant!!!
i thought well i know you lose your bingo bonus if you cash out but what the heck i thoguht id bank £50 and play with £20 so i clicked the banking and clicked withdraw :O whats this i have to deposit and spend £30 before i can withdraw anything...(gulp) i was abit confused i wanted to know if you had to make that deposit and spend it in one lump or weather i could just add £10 another day but not one chat host would help me :S before i even finished the rest of my sentences they were saying sorry contact live help. so with all my fury of not being able to withdraw i lost the lot and all my bonus as i couldnt win a thing on bingo :( (my own fault i know) i should of kept some and emailed them today but when the temptations there im sure yous have all experienced it just cant be helped. never mind i have just went from thinking bingo hollywood is one fantastic site to a complete shambles.
