I thought I'd share my terrible experience with bingo.com. I have been using and depositing on this site for a few years now and thought it was a great site up till now :-( (warning - lots of moaning ahead)
I tried to log in to be play online bingo a couple of weeks ago and it said unknown user name!. The site had changed to a new platform and looked slightly different! I clicked the forgot password link and entered my email address and it didnt recognise that either. So I checked back through my emails and made sure I was entering the right info before contacting them.
Everything seemed correct. I sent them an email explaining and they sent me one back saying that because I had joined a bingo site called Amore my username was now my user name on Amore and not Bingo.com? To cut a long story short several emails have been sent and they were very bad mannered, telling me that they had told me over and over and over again that my username was my login on Amore. I kept telling them over and over again that I had deposited on bingo.com and not Amore but they wouldnt have it. I even sent them an email which proved I had withdrawn from my account on bingo.com but still nothing has been done. I even asked them to phone me but they said they have moved to a new platforma and do not have phone support. It think this is really bad especially as I have been a loyal customer and now do not have an account. I've never known anything like it, has anyone else?

The problems you've encountered do ring a bell with me (though I couldn't tell you who or when ) .. but I am SURE I've read somewhere that someone has had the exact same problem. |
