Hi all has anyone had any problems with the codes on Moon Bingo?? i deposited a fiver and entered the code to get £1 free but i never got it. I have emailed and emailed and emailed and still i havn't got a reply or the free £1. I know its only £1 so probably sounds silly me moaning but considering its advertised i feel abit dissapointed, Im just glad i didnt deposit a huge amount to get the higher bonus.
Its not the only time i have had problems with the codes though, the same happened to me a few months ago and i still havnt had a reply. maybe they need to sort thier customer services out as i think its rude not to even get a single reply. I have emailed them now saying that i will close my account if i dont get what was promised within 2 days and as i am a regular depositer i am hoping they listen, if not i shall take my money elsewhere and i wont be reccomending them to family friends etc
will post an update if i hear anymore, if i get my £1 then i hope i win after all this hassle lol.
