My other half joined sun bingo yesterday and used my username as a refferal, as he doesn't have his own email account he used one of mine which is similar to my username on the site. Anywhoooo, he deposited his £10 and luckily had a little win and was able to withdraw the £10 he deposited and carry on playing for a while.
This site says it takes 24 hours to confirm withdrawals but i checked my email account (the one he uses for his bingo) to find two emails regarding age verification and address. Why have they done that? I dont own a scanner or anything to prove things like that PLUS i have never heard of anyone else being asked for this. When i joined i withdrew £100 near enough straight away and they didn't ask me so why for a measly £10???
I'm just annoyed so wanted to rant about the silly site! LOL. I have emailed them having a good moan about it though LOL. Anyone else had this problem? Did you get it sorted?... :(
