Was not very impressed with ITV bingo. Joined them very recently through the Oh My Bingo referral with the tempting offer of £10 free play, no deposit required. This site is the same bingo set-up asall of my favourites (Wink, Foxy, Mirror etc of which I am platinum and silver members of some) so thought I would have a bash. I did not receive the stated bonus so I emailed them in case it was delayed going into my account as I know this sometimes happens,
The reply I received from ITV bingo stated that they were completely unaware of any such offer!! I even replied enclosing the 'cut n paste' of their offer as written on this site to be told once again that it was not a valid offer and as I joined through an affiliate site, I should take it up with them!! How jolly rude! I pointed out to them that a few other members have joined them under the same false pretenses and it was their responsibility to check that their site was advertised correctly. I am now awaiting a reply for the closure of my account :( (on a positive note I think Oh My Bingo rocks!!!)

Sorry about the confusion here. Usually if a site changes its offers they inform us but ITV Bingo didn't let us know they were removing the £10 no deposit. Just to clarify the offer is £10 free if you deposit £10 and we've updated the review. Thanks for bringing this to our attention :)

This happened to me with rollover bingo, they have adverts everywhere stating £20 free no deposit required and i never got it, after emailing them and showing the adverts they still refused to give me the £20 so i havnt even deposited there and never will. |

I appreciate there are alot of constant changes to sites and you cant always be spot on with them and as such I was not unhappy with you about it. It was the rudeness of their customer services that got me angry - no apologies or anything from them. And yes, they have lost a potential loyal (banks more than she should) customer. I will still keep checking out new sites as well as sticking with the ole familiars. And thanks to ev1 for your words xx |
