A Nightmare on Bingo770

I was having a look around OMB on saturday and came across Bingo770.I knew I had signed up to this site ages ago but had never deposited as for some reason I could not log in.                                                                                                                                  Any way I thought I would give it a try and see  if it would let me log in with the origanal details I used to sign up,this time everything seemed fine I had a little look about and then decided I would email support to see why I never had the £7.70/8.00 offered when I signed up.                                                                                                                                                                                      Apparently they have done some updates on the site and they are now a V/F site in preference to what ever they were before so this offer  is no longer available (OMB you may want to update your info on this xx).

Bingo 770 give you a bonus of £25.00 when you deposit  £10.00,However I could'nt seem to be able to deposit £10.00 as there was not that option available on the tabs that are provided and when I tried to type the amount it kept telling me min deposit was £20.00.                                                                                                                                                                                                In the end I decided I would deposit the £20.00 and once I received my deposit bonus I would transfer £10.00 to the betting account at 770.

Again this did not work as this option of transfering money from 770 accounts is restricted.you can only transfer your money from betting to casino.

I have to say that I have never asked so many silly questions regarding bingo/account as I have had to do here,I could'nt find the account details to check everything was correct and trying to find info on t&c was impossable. Live help were of little help and even customer services did'nt have much in the way of bed side manner   lol.

luckily i deposited with a ukash so they do not have my bank details.

I will only be returning if they offer me a freebie as while i was there only 1 person joined the room and the poor cm spent several hours talking to herself.

As you can see from above i do not rate this site but wish all that do good luck xxxxx
