Birmingham Meet up was Brilliant

Hi all just a quickie to say thanks to everyone for a wonderful weekend in birmingham. i arrived there on the friday and found gucci, kelly and her hubby james already trying to drink the bar dry.. must say the hotel we all stayed in was very nice and clean and rooms were very good.... After me little afternoon nap i went off to the airport to meet cm born who was flying in from dublin.... after a while i decided to ring gucci to ask if she knew what born looked like as a strange woman kept walking up and down looking at me...after a few mins i decided to ask her if she was michelle and she said yes lol....we went back to the hotel and then all of us went to the station to meet cm nat...

Come 10 pm everyone decided to go out to a bar a few yards from the hotel....i think nat and born had a good time as they rolled back to the hotel the following morning a bit worse for wear.... the saturday came and we all eagerly awaited the arrival of the rest of the gang....firstly jan and her hubby arrived....born was getting updates on mels arrival..apparently she was in birmingham but was having a drink with a guy she met on the train lol...she then managed to go to the wrong hotel and so got a taxi to meet us...

By 1 oclock all the crew had arrived...cags bertie n rosie...heidi shin shel n billy.. ben n chet...jasey..and scat and blondie from elf bingo......we went into the conference room for a few games of bingo with some wonderful prizes and then proceeded to star city for the activities...the mini golf was brilliant i think everyone enjoyed it but it was very hot in there....jan managed to get a trolly to push along the course with her handbag and cardi in...by the time she got to the 9th hole everyone had dumped their belongings in the trolley and jan was pulling 3 tons of gear around with her lol..ta jan.....after the golf we proceeded to the bowling and had a great time...the bowling was of a good standard for blind amateurs lol and scat managed to end up on her arris somehow half way down the lane....

Then it was time for food...an eat as much as u like chinese buffet which was better than expected, back to the hotel then for a few drinks followed by an amazing raffle which was again organised by our lovely rosienanny...well done rosie hun..there truly were some amazing prizes donated by everyone..i think it was the best raffle out of all the meets so far......by around midnight most of the crew decided to go to the 80s bar down the road where they would dance the night away....

I think all had a great time and some arrived home at the hotel 6 a.m the next morning...a big thanks to mel who must of notice the doorman had spilt something down his trousers so politely helped him off with them in the hotel toilet...tho why u had to be on your knees to do it still baffles me mel pmsl....then it was home time...was lovely to meet you all again and all the new faces mwahhh xxxx
