2 tins plum tomatoes
1 clove of garlic optional
one stock cube chicken or brrf
open tinned toms and put in pan add salt pepper pinch of sugar spalsh of lemon juice, add the onion (DICED)
also add red pepper sliced, and stock cube basil, then simmer gently for 30mins or more,
and bingo its ready, this is a fab easy no hassle tom sauce which tastes lovely, and is really easy.

tip try simmering a couple tins of toms with just salt papper for about 30 to 45 mins and have them on toast
lovely and the flavours from the toms is amazing.
