turkey drummer pittas
Ingredients

4-6 golden drummers

half a cucmber, diced

150ml natural yoghurt

2tsp fresh chopped mint

4 pitta bread

small bag of salad


Recipe

cook the drummers as directed on packet, mix the cucumber yoghurt and mint together, grill the pittas till puffed up and hot, slit open and fill with salad and drummers.
