2 Rashers Streaky Bacon Finely Sliced
1 Onion Sliced
2 Eating Apples Chopped Small Cubes
1 Red Cabbage Chopped Into Chunks
150 ml Balsamic Vinegar
Small Knob Butter
Fresh Ground Pepper
Pour oil into a saucepan and add the bacon.Cook until golden and add the onion.Add the apple followed by the cabbage, pepper and vinegar.
Cook on a low heat for a hour.Spoon into serving dishes and add butter.
