a chicken cooked
1 large onion chopped
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 dessertspoon curry powder
1 tin condensed tomato soup
handful of lentils
cardamon seeds and bay leaves
tip of a teaspoon of ginger and cinnamon
Fry onion in oil, add garlic in a large pot.
In samll dish mix curry powder, cinnamon, ginger, lemon juice.
Add to onions and garlic and mix thoroughly.
Add tin of tomato soup.
Add tin of water.
Cook on low heat until lentils are soft (2 - 2 1/2) hours.
