4 chicken thighs
1 chicken stock cube
put chicken thighs in cold water add the sliced leeks and sliced carrots , also the chicken stock cube salt pepper
and simmer genlty for one to two hours.
about half way through add potatoes cut into small chunks and add to pan.
this is a simple but tasty soup,
you can add as much or as little veg as you want ,also some lentles are a nice to add.
